Green Bay Baldwin has been in government now for five years… What has he done to improve the living conditions of the people in Grays Farm,Green Bay , Cooks Hill, Hatton, Donovans and Five Islands Baldwin has spent over ten million dollars of tax payers money harassing me and hounding me. Don’t you think he could have spent that money to make life better for the people of this constituency?Baldwin is squeezing 900 million dollars in taxes from the poor people of this country, passing it to Ministers and friends and spending the rest on foolishnessBaldwin is a jealous man filled with hate and anger… He is indecisive, unprincipled, inconsistent… and he does not care

Good Evening Comrades and Friends… Good evening to the people ofSt John’s
Grays Farm is not afraid
Cooks Hill is not afraid
Donovans is not afraid
Five Islands is not afraid
And Gail – the lady who will prevail is definitely not afraid. I am honoured tonight to fully endorse this young attorney, who is completely committed to the progress and happiness of the people ofSt John’s
You know who is afraid tonight? You know who is quaking in his boots and trembling like a leaf?
The Big Blue Wave man… the great deceiver, the tyrannical dictator… Winston Baldwin Spencer.
And do you know why he is afraid?
He is afraid because he knows you are going to teach him a lesson he will never forget for betraying you for 20 long years.
Do you remember all the years Baldwin spent lying to you and fooling you to get your votes? Do you remember all the stories he told you and all the excuses he gave you for doing nothing?
He said he was not in government and so he could not do anything… but as soon as he got into government he would take care of the people who have been so faithful to him for so long
Absolutely nothing!
Crime is out of control, people are losing their jobs, their homes… the economy is a mess… health care is a mess – people are dying in our health care services as a result of neglect and incompetence… education needs attention… and the taxes are just too damn hard.
Two years ago he sent bulldozers to wipe out Cancer Palace
Two years later, with 900 million dollars in taxes, Baldwin has done nothing
And he has done nothing because deep down in his heart he doesn’t really care about the people of this constituency… he has used them to get where he is and he hoping against all odds that he can fool them one more time.
This is a man who is now too busy signing contracts for C.O. Williams to build roads at 10 million dollars a mile… he is too busy facilitating special big money deals for his friend David Shoul… too busy covering up the UPP corruption at the stadium… the UPP corruption in road construction… the UPP corruption in fencing sports compounds… and the UPP corruption in playing politics with the people’s land
He is too busy helping himself and sweeping UPP corruption under the carpet to be bothered about the people he claims he loves
His leadership has been a total disgrace.
His incompetence has caused a lot of spending scandals and he has been incapable of taking any decisive action.
He does not know what he is up to. He does not know what his ministers are up to and is only interested when the ministerial agenda item has pettiness and vindictiveness written all over it.
He loves to tell lies… like those he is currently spreading about voter registration irregularities and the Labour Party wanting to disrupt peace and good order
Is it right for a national leader to be involved in all of those lies… to be spending his time all of that dishonesty? He is making up stories to justify beating his chest and threatening us with hostile reminders that he is the national security minister… and he is prepared to abuse the power of the state for his selfish political vendettas
And can you imagine, a Prime Minister stooping to the level of inciting his followers to confront law abiding members and supporters of the Antigua Labour Party?
He calls himself chief servant but in fact he is a tyrannical dictator who loves to operate as Lord and Master
His greatest skill is in taking credit for the success of others while blaming everyone but himself for his failures
Allen Stanford’s multi-million dollar transformation plan to eradicate depressed conditions in the constituency was too good for Grays Farm and Green Bay
To date, this great deceiver has not built one single home for the needy people in the constituency he has represented for 20 years
But just take a moment and ponder how well he has done for himself in the past 20 years and particularly in the last five years…
He was not man enough to take the blame for plunging the country into the darkness of unnecessary load-shedding back in September 2008, so he blamed it on the Hadeed’s, wrapped himself in the flag and launched another tirade designed to evoke public hate, anger and violence against the Hadeed family.
My last word for Baldwin Spencer this evening is that he must be a man… face up to the issues and deal with them honestly like real leaders do. Stop the lies, stop the hate mongering and stop the diversionary tactics.
No amount of vulgar abuse of Lester Bird and Gaston Browne and Asot Michael will prevent him from answering to the people, for his completely incompetent leadership over the last five years
And no amount of sidestepping of the critical issues will protect him from been swept away by the winds of Gail – the lady destined to prevail where Baldwin will always fail
TIME TO GO… Thou Great Deceiver… Call the election on Sunday… Then pack up and get ready to go!
